Two days ago, my vision became reality as I photographed my styled shoot at a most breathtaking venue, The Cylburn Arboretum in Baltimore. I just couldn’t wait to share a sneak peek!! It was the most incredible experience, and I couldn’t be happier with the images! I had an amazing team of vendors working with me to bring everything together. I can’t thank each of them enough! The perfect floral and decor design was done by Erin of Enlighten Events International. The beautiful invitation suite, place setting name leaves, and the wooden sign were done by calligrapher Ashley Bush. The absolutely stunning hair and makeup were done by Sara and Brittany of Infinity Artistry. Our gorgeous bride model was Amanda of Pardon Muah, and our handsome groom model was Joel of T-H-E Artist Agency. As many of you already know, I am both a wedding and a music photographer. I absolutely love photographing both, but they’re drastically different types of photographs. I wanted to blend them together somehow, and this is how it all came together. My vintage Bohemian themed wedding styled shoot incorporates trends that are both currently popular in weddings and at music festivals. One of my favorite indie artists is Lana Del Rey. Her music and style heavily influenced this shoot. If you are familiar with her music, you’ll recognize the lyrics from her song “National Anthem” beautifully calligraphed on the wooden sign pictured in a couple of the images below!
