Elizabeth Morgan and Kevin were wed on the last Saturday in December 2018 during their lovely marriage ceremony held in the beautiful St. Mary’s Church in Annapolis, Maryland. A fun filled reception followed at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club.

The day started with bridal prep photos at the bride’s parents’ home in Arnold and groom prep photos at an AirBnb in Eastport. Then Morgan and Kevin had their exciting first look on a pier in the Annapolis Harbor across from downtown. That was followed by the bridal party joining them at Annapolis City Dock for photos, which was then followed by some bride and groom portraits on Main Street. After the church ceremony, a traditional sword arch took place on the steps at St. Mary’s, and family photos were taken in the garden behind the church. When we got to Chesapeake Bay Beach Club, there was just enough daylight left for more photos around the beach club during cocktail hour.

Both the bride and groom are graduates of the United States Naval Academy, and they met one another several years ago while stationed in San Diego. During much of this time, they had to be apart during each of their various deployments.

From the moment I booked this wedding back in March 2017, I knew this would be one fantastic wedding, and it surely proved to be! Morgan planned much of her wedding day while far away, and she contracted Elaina Anthony of E. Anthony Weddings & Events as their wedding planner. Morgan’s sweet mother, who is experienced in events as a Director of Catering, was also very instrumental in the planning of this wedding.
